Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Crust: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir well. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.

  3. Mix the Dough: Add the almond flour, egg, dried oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to the melted cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms. You may need to use your hands to knead the dough until smooth and well combined.

  4. Shape the Crust: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a circle or rectangle, depending on your preference for the pizza shape. Aim for about 1/4-inch thickness for the crust.

  5. Bake the Crust: Carefully transfer the crust to the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm to the touch.

  6. Add Toppings: Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sugar-free marinara, sauce evenly over the surface. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add your desired toppings.

  7. Return to Oven: Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the toppings are heated through.

  8. Serve and Enjoy: Once the pizza is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade keto fathead pizza!
